Family carer standing smiling next to an elderly man in a wheelchair

We move.
With mobility & transfer aids.

Movement is the best decubitus prevention. We systematically assess: Can the patient leave the house? How do they get to the terrace? Can they get out of bed – alone or with help? Once we know what is needed, we deliver.
Fast. Reliably. With care.

Good provision of aids begins with understanding

We do not just supply aids. We solve a problem.

To do this, we listen first. We analyse individual needs, understand the specific living situation and develop solutions that work in the long term – not just on paper, but in everyday life.

How can mobilisation out of bed succeed? How can the transfer to the wheelchair be safe and gentle? How can barriers in the home be overcome? How can the bathroom be used safely and personal hygiene be supported? And how is it possible to reach your own terrace or leave the house to take part in life?

These are the questions we ask. Systematically, personally, on site.

Deliver quickly, demonstrate calmly

An aid that nobody can operate properly does not help. How do you use a standing aid? How do you set up the care wheelchair correctly? How do you put on the lifting sling safely? Aids that are used incorrectly harm the patient and endanger those who care for them.

That is why we do not just deliver and drive off again. We stay. We show, explain, practise – until every move is second nature and safety can be felt.

Anyone who has ever tried to move a person who needs help knows: it is exhausting. On your strength, on your nerves, on your patience. We always keep family carers in mind – not as a side issue, but as part of care. We train, relieve and adapt when the situation changes.

Because for us, care means more than choosing an aid. It means supporting people in regaining mobility, maintaining independence and feeling quality of life.
