As soon as your prescription is available, we call you. We clarify the most important questions, schedule the on-site appointment and inform you about the process. In cases of acute risk – such as discharge from hospital with a pressure ulcer risk or sudden immobility – we provide care on the same day. With our own warehouse, hygiene facility and nationwide network, we can react immediately.
How we provide care
Our just-in-time concept means: you get care when you need it, not when it suits the logistics. No waiting lists, no queries to central warehouses, no weeks-long approval loops. We have contracts with all relevant health insurers and clarify the assumption of costs in parallel with the care. The patient is the focus.
